Lionel (Lonnie) Gouveia was truly my angel. I remember one sunny day back in 1966 in Brooklyn, NY two seemingly timid but jovial brothers rang my mother's doorbell. And, there stood Lonnie and Tex. I showed them into the living room where they kept on grinning from ear to ear, reached out their hands to me and said, "welcome to the family!" I was newly engaged to their little brother, John. So many good memories of those years in Brooklyn, and meeting the brothers Gouveia will always be cherished. Rest in Peace dear angel.
